Jack - 14 months

You seem to be on the verge of talking! A few days ago, you were getting one of Tate's tennis balls and we thought you said "get the ball". So, we repeated "get the ball" and then you said "ge...da...ba"! Daddy and I both looked at each other wide eyed and quite astonished!
Nisha (who watches Jack during the day) tells us she has heard you say "close the door". Wow! You are going to be busting out sentences in no time!

Your new favorite toy is Daddy's old phone. We'll play the ringtones on it and you'll walk around dancing. In fact, you have different moves for different ringtones! And, at times, you'll set the phone down so that you can get your whole body into it!

You love to be outside! You are already quite the explorer in the backyard!

Jack's first trip to the snow...
We made a short trip up to Shaver to give Jack some snow time. It was a bit cold and slippery! The snow was so deep that he couldn't really run around like we were hoping, but it was nice to get away for a bit!
